Refund Policy
We aim to be fair and transparent. Here's exactly how refunds work for each SaaSBox plan.
Pay-As-You-Go ($5 single run)
Non-refundable once the tool has been executed.
If you purchased a Pay-As-You-Go run but the tool failed to execute due to a technical error on our end (not invalid input), email us within 7 days and we will refund or credit your account.
Monthly Subscriptions ($15 Mid, $25 Unlimited)
Cancel anytime. No refunds for past billing periods.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through the Billing portal in your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access through the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for future months
- Past payments are non-refundable
If you were charged after attempting to cancel, or were billed in error, email us within 14 days and we will investigate and issue a refund if warranted.
Annual Subscriptions
Not currently offered.
Disputed Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or did not authorize a charge, please contact us first at hello@saasboxhq.com before filing a chargeback. We respond to support requests within 2 business days and almost always resolve issues without needing to involve your bank.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue refunds outside of this policy on a case-by-case basis when we determine doing so is fair. Examples include:
- Extended service outages preventing tool use
- Material misrepresentation of tool capabilities
- Accidental duplicate charges
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@saasboxhq.com with:
- The email address associated with your SaaSBox account
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason you are requesting a refund
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and may take additional time to appear on your bank statement depending on your card issuer.
Builder Earnings
If you are a tool builder receiving 80% revenue share, refunds issued to users will be deducted proportionally from your next monthly payout. We will notify you when a refund affects your earnings.
