4. AI Processing Disclosure

When you run a tool on SaaSBox, your input is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the output. We do not use your inputs to train AI models. Anthropic does not retain your inputs for training purposes per their commercial API terms.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data, tool runs, and generated outputs for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. After deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to certain types of processing
• Withdraw consent for newsletter emails at any time
